Olivia Paradise

Between competitive tennis and high school, Olivia Paradise enjoys a modeling career on the side. The Minnesota teen joined a local talent agency at age 11 and signed with Ford Models in Chicago a few years later. “I just wanted to see what it was all about, and I went in there and they signed me,” she told the White Bear Press. “I wasn’t really expecting it.”

Olivia keeps a good balance between school, tennis, and work. “School comes before modeling, so sometimes I have to decline stuff,” she said. “But if it’s a big job or something I’ll miss school for it.”

Some her of her clients have included Target, JCPenney, Cost Cutters, Lifetouch Portrait Studios and Kohl’s. It’s at Kohl’s where we first discovered her back in 2014.

The 6-foot, blue-eyed blonde is now with Elite Model Management in New York and Toronto. Whether she pursues a career of tennis or modeling, she’s still a cutie.

S.O.S—Save our Sears

Like a sinking ship, our beloved store is slowly dropping below the horizon. From a major news outlet we get this paragraph:
Sears, an iconic department store chain whose name is as steeped in Americana as apple pie and Levi’s jeans warned that it might be going the way of the blue light special, uncertain that it can survive more than another year in the midst of the upheaval that has disrupted the retail industry.
Before you start humming “My Heart Will Go On,” here are a few of our favorite pages from Sears ads.
